Access follows responsibility. Every user is granted what their role requires to do the job, and no more than that.
TalentSage supports structured access permissions for different user types, such as workspace administrators, hiring managers, recruiters, evaluators, reviewers, and other authorized users. Each role is designed to provide access only to the information and features required for that user’s responsibilities.
Interviews, assessments, and reporting all sit behind the same role based permissions, so what a user can see stays consistent wherever they are working.
Interview transcripts and scores are visible only to the roles you permit, and every view is recorded.
